Lilani Geldenhuys

Lilani Geldenhuys, MBA, NDCCDP, currently serves as the Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Premier Inc., a position held since June 2015, while also undertaking roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in Clinical Surveillance, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Project Manager at Strategic Staffing Solutions, where responsibilities centered on managing a contingent workforce program, and as an Office Manager at Cityscape Solutions. Lilani started professional career as an Administrative Specialist with the United States Marine Corps and later worked as an Order Entry Specialist at Bridge Terminal Transport. Lilani holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
