Inara de Aguiar has a diverse work experience spanning various scientific content-related roles. Inara began their career at Universidade de São Paulo as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinorganic chemistry. Inara then moved on to work as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Chemistry at the University of Alberta and later at Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso. Inara expanded their expertise by working as a Scientific Content Editor at JoVE and then as a Technical Writer & Editor at Bruker BioSpin. Inara continued their career as a Scientific Editor at Enago (Crimson Interactive) and as a Scientific Content Creator at Wiley. Currently, they are employed as a Scientific Content Writer at PreOmics.
Inara de Aguiar's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UFSCar - Alumni, which they obtained in the years 2002 to 2006. Inara then pursued a Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the same institution, completing it from 2007 to 2008. In 2011, Inara briefly attended York University, where they studied Inorganic and Computational Chemistry as part of their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program. However, they ultimately completed their PhD in Inorganic Chemistry at UFSCar - Alumni, from 2008 to 2013.
In addition to their academic achievements, Inara has also obtained certifications from Stanford University and StackSkills. In June 2020, they completed the "Writing in the Science" program at Stanford University. In May 2020, they obtained the certification for the "Adobe Premiere Pro: Ultimate Beginner Course" from StackSkills.
