Shannon Gutierrez

Shannon Gutierrez currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Presbyterian Homes, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Shannon held the role of National Vice President of Operations at Anthem Memory Care from July 2017 to June 2023 and served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Silverado from April 2013 to July 2017. Additional experience includes the Executive Director position at Lexington Square of Elmhurst and Regional Vice President of Operations at Horizon Bay Retirement Living and Sunrise Senior Living. Shannon began their career as a Marketing Director at Genesis and served as Alderman for Ward 3 in the City of Hometown. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1992.
