Sarah Bohn

Sarah Bohn has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Sarah is currently working at Pret A Manger, where they hold the position of Global Head of People Experience. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Talent Development, DEI & Wellbeing and Senior Manager of Global Talent Development, DEI, Wellbeing at the same company. Sarah also worked as a Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development and an Early Careers Manager at Pret A Manger.

In addition to their roles at Pret A Manger, Sarah Bohn has experience at Open Space Academy Ltd as an MBCT Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach. Sarah provided individual wellbeing coaching using practical Mindfulness, Meditation, and CBT techniques.

Sarah Bohn has a diverse education history. Sarah completed their BSc (Hons) in Applied Social Sciences: Psychology from the University of Southampton in 2006. In 2008, they acquired a MIRP (REC Diploma) in Recruitment Practice, which covered topics such as Recruitment Process, Recruitment Law & Ethics, Interview Skills, and Psychometric Testing. In 2014, they obtained a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Designing, Delivering, and Evaluating Learning & Development Provision. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the University of Oxford and achieved a degree in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, specializing in Mindfulness for Life. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: DEI Strategies for Business Impact from the University of Cambridge in 2022.
