Carl Haines

Carl Haines is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles throughout the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Prevost Construction since January 2015, Carl previously operated Haines CPM as Owner, providing independent construction management services. Prior to this, Carl held the position of Managing Director of Construction Services at Johnson & Jennings General Contracting from January 1996 to June 2014 and began a career at Koll Construction as a Project Manager from November 1989 to January 1996.
