Natalia Kavchak

Natalia Kavchak serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Proxima Research since April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Previously, Natalia held the position of Human Resources Director at GoMage from April 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR processes, corporate culture, and cross-functional team communication. Prior roles include HR Director at ByteAnt and Head of HR at PLVision, focusing on strategic HR management and process development. Natalia began the HR career as an HR Manager at ABTOLLC and has also worked as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Specialist, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and enhancing internal communications. Academically, Natalia holds specialist degrees in Philology from Drohobych State 'Ivan Franko' Pedagogical Institute and Drohobych Pedagogical I. Franko University.
