Eugene Sherbinin

Eugene Sherbinin has extensive experience in various leadership roles and advisory positions. Eugene was the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Prime Source, a leading IT company in Kazakhstan. Eugene also served as the President of the Association of Legal Entities "AITEX Association of IT Export Companies" of Almaty. Additionally, they have held roles as the Head of the Applied Analytics Unit at Alliance Bank JSC and as the Head of the Automated Systems Support Department at the Agency for Fighting Economic and Corruption Crimes of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Eugene has been actively involved in promoting digitalization and innovative technologies in Kazakhstan, serving as a member of the Commission on Digitalization under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the IT Council of Almaty. Eugene has also been a member of the Supervisory Boards of Satbayev University, Narxoz University, and Astana Hub. Their experience demonstrates a strong background in IT, project management, analytics, and organizational leadership.

Eugene Sherbinin holds a Diploma of Education from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), which they completed from 1999 to 2004. Eugene also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer science systems from Novosibirsk State University (NSU), which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. In addition, Eugene has obtained various certifications from different institutions, including ForteBank, Loxit Products Limited, Interface, and LANIT, covering areas such as banking technology, project management, and software requirements management.
