Michael James

Michael James has worked at Primo Water Corporation as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel since February 2010. Michael'sresponsibilities include providing legal support for M&A transactions and compliance matters, as well as advising internal groups on securities issues and external reporting. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP from March 2007 to October 2009.

Michael James obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Michael then pursued a Doctor of Law degree (JD) at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 2004 to 2006.
