Kaspars Briska

Kaspars Briska has over 24 years of experience in the field of information technology and security. Kaspars has held various roles such as Information Technology Teacher and IT Administrator at the University of Latvia, IT Security Engineer at First Data Corporation, Head of IT in the Baltics and Information Security Manager in the Baltics at Bosch, CISO / Head of Cyber Security at Citadele banka, Information Security Officer and currently as the Head of Information Security at Printify. Kaspars'sexpertise includes defining, developing and leading cyber security strategies, implementing ISO 27001 based ISMS, GDPR compliance, and leading EMEA-wide IT security projects.

Kaspars Briska completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics from 1997 to 2001. Kaspars then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at Latvijas Universitate from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in CISM from ISACA in September 2014 and CISSP from (ISC)² in April 2010. Before their university education, Kaspars attended Rīgas Komercskola from 1994 to 1997.
