Carolina Prado

Carolina Prado has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on various areas such as training and development, talent acquisition and management, payroll, compensation and benefits, budgeting, and people analytics. Carolina has held leadership positions in well-known companies such as Privalia, L'Oréal, Rede Globo, and Pernod Ricard. Carolina also has experience as a headhunter in Dasein Executive Search and LTM Consultoria. Additionally, they worked as a psychologist at HUPE - Hospital Universitário Pedro Ernesto.

Carolina Prado completed an Executive Program in 2019 at IE Business School Executive Education. Carolina obtained a GVPEC degree in Human Resources Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2009-2010. In 2007-2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management, also at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Santa Úrsula between 1998 and 2002.
