Daphne Bernicker

Daphne Bernicker, MBA, PCC, serves as the CEO Peer Advisory Board Chair for Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in Houston and Denver, where leadership coaching and mentorship for organizations with revenues between $5 million and $500 million are priorities. In addition, Daphne is the Managing Director at Golden Seeds and the President and CEO of HumanAim: EQ Plus Leadership, focusing on enhancing performance through emotional intelligence strategies. Daphne holds various leadership roles, including Communications Chair for the Houston Methodist Cancer Center Council, National Co-Chair for Membership, Engagement and Retention at the Private Directors Association®, and Advisory Board Member at Cadence Bank, N.A. An advisor for the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and a founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association, Daphne also has established experience with Six Seconds as a preferred partner. Education includes an MBA from Rice Business and a BA in Biochemistry and Psychology from Rice University, along with multiple certifications in coaching and emotional intelligence.
