David Schmid

David Schmid is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the parking and real estate industries. Since January 2000, David has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Propark Mobility, a company managing over 450 parking facilities nationwide. David played a key role in developing the 45-acre, 4,300 parking space LEED Gold Canopy Off Airport Parking Facility in Denver, CO. Additionally, David has been the Managing Partner at Parking Acquisition Ventures, LLC since 2014, focusing on a $500 million joint venture in parking real estate. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at ProparkMobility from 1998 to 1999. David holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
