Ryan McElderry

Ryan McElderry has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan is currently the Vice President of Operations at Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NetSuite as the Director of Professional Services, leading the delivery organization and driving customer success for eCommerce from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Professional Services at Mainline Information Systems, focusing on client success, delivery, and mentoring the PMO group. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Delivery Director at Avnet Technology Solutions within Ascendant Technology, overseeing onshore and offshore teams and delivery models. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project/Program Manager at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and as a Senior Software Developer at Ameritrade. Ryan started their career as a Developer at Integrated Health Services.

Ryan McElderry has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Loyola University Maryland. Ryan also holds a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
