Jason Sweet

Jason Sweet is an experienced physical therapist with a career spanning over two decades. Since October 2012, Jason has served as the Owner, Clinical Director, and Regional Director at ProActive Physical Therapy. Prior to this, Jason worked at Tucson Physical Therapy from November 2005 to October 2012, and held physical therapist positions at HealthSouth and NovaCare from January 2002 to November 2005 and November 2001 to December 2002, respectively. Jason's early experiences include serving as a Student Athletic Trainer at The University of Arizona and Yavapai College. Jason holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arizona School of Health Sciences, earned between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Arizona, completed in 1995.
