Country Head and Plant Manager at Process Technology

Fernando Medina has a solid work experience spanning several companies. Fernando currently holds the position of Country Head and Plant Manager at Process Technology since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager of Operations at Industrias Tecnos S.A. de C.V. from August 2014 to November 2021, where they led the fulfillment of manufacturing and operations strategies and implemented various quality, maintenance, and EHS programs. Fernando also worked as a New Project Leader at CAMPCO ENTERPRISES, INC, where they were responsible for the start-up of new projects in the automotive industry. Fernando Medina has a diverse educational background. Fernando earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. In addition to these degrees, Fernando also holds several diplomas. Fernando completed a Diploma in Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Diploma in Management Skills from the same institution. Furthermore, they obtained a Diploma in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Fernando's educational journey extends beyond Mexico, as they received a Diploma in Automation & Industrial Control from Festo Consulting & Academy Italia.
