Lew P. has over 25 years of work experience. Lew began their career at Ralph Lauren in 1996, where they held a variety of roles, including Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Vice President Operations, Senior Director of Strategy, Finance & Operations, Director of Human Resources: Ralph Lauren Media, and Compensation Manager / Compensation Analyst. In 2012, Lew P. joined Bravado Merchandising Group, Universal Music as Group Vice President - New Business Development & Digital Commerce. In 2015, they founded Three Pillars Consulting. In 2016, they co-founded Prepose, and in 2019, they co-founded Giant Leap. In 2020, they joined Proclivity Systems as CFO & COO, and in 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member for Hanky Panky.

Lew P. received their MBA from Columbia Business School in Finance & General Management, their BS from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations, and attended Horace Mann.
