Abdur Thomas

Abdur Thomas is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at Procore Technologies since September 2021, Thomas has progressed through various roles including Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Representative. Prior to this, Thomas was the Store Manager at GameStop from June 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included employee training and community development.
