Kim Billesbach

Kim Billesbach is a Founding Partner and a VP of information systems and technology. Her leadership includes health care claims reporting, analysis and financial systems management. She has been part of the PDS family since 1988, working as a skilled team leader, programmer, and senior analyst throughout the company, encompassing installation, maintenance, and production support. Kim has directed teams of employees from various departments involving strategic planning, client meetings, testing, training, and merging of systems as well as providing technical support. Her roles have included writing programs to report statistical trends in health care utilization, installing and maintaining software packages with full support throughout, application testing and evaluation, creating reports and leading the response to technical and application inquiries from clients.
