John Masse

John Masse has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. John began their career at Bank of America in 1988 as a Customer Service Manager. John then moved on to Peter C. Foy & Associates in 1996, where they worked as the Director of Operations until 2007 when they joined UnitedHealthcare as the Director of Account Management. In 2008, John returned to Peter C. Foy & Associates, this time as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they held until 2020. In the same year, they joined Panorama Insurance Associates as the President of Employee Benefits. In 2022, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Panorama Insurance Group, and also held the role of Director Of Operations at Panorama Risk & Insurance Solutions, LLC until 2023. Overall, John has demonstrated their expertise in operations, management, and leadership in the insurance industry.
