Noah has also contributed to recruitment efforts at Watermelon and gained valuable experience as an HR & Operations assistant at Sandler Training. With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, Noah's expertise includes optimizing administrative processes, implementing employee satisfaction research, and supporting various HR initiatives.
