Mahesh Deshpande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at Genpact since January 2022, Mahesh previously held the position of Vice President of Mentorship Strategy at PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, successfully growing the mentorship program to support 200 participants annually. Throughout a distinguished career, Mahesh has held key roles at Enquero, BioAccel, Solidiance, TATA Consultancy Services, and Ideal Construction Company, focusing on strategic initiatives, operational process enhancements, and data analytics. Mahesh holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology.
