Priya M

Priya M's work experience begins in 2012 at Bharti Airtel, where they worked as a Senior Manager until September 2020. In 2020, they joined Sprinklr as a Product Support Manager and later became a Product Support Manager- Global Support. As of December 2022, Priya M is working at project44 as an Associate Director- Customer Support.

Priya M completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in PGCBM from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they also earned a PGCBM in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in 2021, including Sprinklr Media Planner Pro, Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro, and Sprinklr Modern Care Supervisor Pro from Sprinklr.
