Kenton Fulmer

Kenton Fulmer currently serves as a Senior Mentor for Strategic Design Approaches at Tier Tech International, Inc. since February 2023, and as an Alumni Mentor at ProposalTeam since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a CWMD Planner for Strategic Planning at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from January 2022 to February 2023, and various positions within the US Army, including JFLCC Training Officer and Exercise Planner from January 2018 to January 2022. Kenton has also worked as a Military Exercise Planner at Chimera Enterprises International and as an Energetics and Ordnance Specialist at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Earlier military roles spanned leadership positions in explosive ordnance disposal, including EOD Operations NCO and Battalion Operations NCO in various units. Kenton is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Management and Data Analysis at Western Governors University, with prior education as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and a high school graduate with honors from Boyd County High School.
