Russell Wininger

Russell Wininger is an Associate General Counsel and has been in the legal industry since 2009. Prior to joining Prospect, he worked at international law firms in New York and London, primarily Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where his practice focused on representing corporate issuers, private equity sponsors and investment banks on public and private offerings of securities, liability management transactions, financial restructurings and acquisition financings. Russell also advised companies with respect to public disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law matters. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a financial analyst at Microsoft.

Russell received his BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and his JD from the New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Business.
