Muhammad Farrukh Farooqui

Muhammad Farrukh Farooqui currently serves as Manager of Business Banking & Lease Credit Support at Prospera Credit Union, Canada’s sixth largest credit union. With over 120,000 members and more than $9 billion in assets under management, Muhammad is contributing to the financial institution since March 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Outlet Manager at J. Junaid Jamshed from May 2018 to June 2021 and as Credit Risk Manager at United Bank Limited from June 2008 to April 2018, where responsibilities included analyzing and approving credit applications for commercial and SME sectors with approval authority of Rs25 million. Earlier in the career, Muhammad held the position of Assistant Manager-Marketing at Security Leasing Corporation Limited from August 2003 to June 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Commerce degree obtained from Karachi University in 2003.
