Suresh Manthati

Suresh Manthati is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at Protagonist Therapeutics since December 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing CMC activities, evaluating CMOs, and managing cGMP manufacturing processes for clinical programs. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Associate Director at Quadriga BioSciences, Consultant at Protagonist Therapeutics, and Associate Director at XenoPort, where contributions included the development of synthetic routes and the commercialization of gabapentin enacarbil. Suresh's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, complemented by postdoctoral fellowships at Texas A&M University and Clemson University, focusing on the synthesis of fluorescent dyes and new synthetic polymers, respectively.
