Joaquin Reyes

Joaquin Reyes is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Aircraft Simulation Integration Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace since April 2024. With a strong background in modeling and simulation, Joaquin has been a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer at Proterra Inc. since November 2013, where leadership in the design and implementation of Hardware in the Loop (HiL) test benches for electric bus systems was demonstrated. Previous roles include Controls Validation Engineer at GE Transportation, Modeling and Simulation Analyst at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Systems Engineer at ExxonMobil Aviation, and Lab Assistant at the University of Toronto. Joaquin holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
