Arnoldo Paez

Arnoldo Paez is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in research and development, production management, and education. Currently serving as the Lead R&D Mechanical Engineer at Protocase since June 2020, Arnoldo oversees complex R&D projects and tests hypotheses for operational databases. Prior roles include Production Manager at R.A.P. Technologies Inc. and various academic positions at the University of New Brunswick, where Arnoldo contributed as a Graduate Teaching/Research Assistant, Peer Advisor, and Mentor. Arnoldo holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, complemented by experience as a private tutor and English instructor earlier in the career.
