Peter Smith

Peter Smith is currently the Director at PSC. Prior to this, they were the Regeneration Manager at Lovell Partnerships Ltd from March 2005 to November 2008. Peter was head hunted to return to Lovell and tasked with setting up a new regional office, which involved building relations with 33 local Housing Associations and 25 Councils. This led to 129 tender opportunities being identified.

From July 2012 to February 2013, they were the Business Development Manager at Bullock Construction Limited, raising the company profile in the North East to ensure that Bullock were well placed for any PQQs and Tender Opportunities. Peter managed the market intellegence and the areas of business include, Housing; Student Accomodation; Education; Care and Commercial & Industrial Buildings.

From April 2012 to August 2012, they were a freelance consultant and Pre Development Consultant.

From August 2003 to March 2005, they were the Regional Land Estimator at Miller Homes.

Peter Smith attended the University of Wolverhampton, where they studied building studies and obtained an HNC. Peter then went on to study civil engineering at Brooklyn Technical College, where they obtained an ONC.
