Rendy Kurniawan is the Head of Legal and Compliance Division at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance (SMSFinance). With experience in various legal roles in different companies, Rendy has a strong background in corporate legal matters, compliance, and developing financing businesses. Rendy's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Criminal Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
