Tonderai Manyumwa, CFA has a strong background in investment and financial risk management. Tonderai started their career as a Financial Risk Analyst at Santam in 2010, where they worked until 2014. Tonderai then joined Ashburton Investments as a Senior Risk Analyst, where they were responsible for developing risk measurement methodologies and monitoring risk limits until 2016. Tonderai then moved to the Public Investment Corporation, where they held various roles including Senior Market Risk Analyst and Senior Manager of Market Risk. In these positions, they developed financial risk management frameworks, monitored compliance with policies and procedures, and reported to executive committees. Currently, Tonderai is the Acting Head of Investment Risk at the Public Investment Corporation.

Tonderai also has a B.Bus.Sc degree in Finance (Honours) from the University of Cape Town. Prior to that, Tonderai completed their high school education at St Georges College, specializing in University of Cambridge O and A level studies. In 2013, they obtained the CFA Charter certification from the CFA Institute.
