Melanie Thullen is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Puget Sound Energy since March 2018, Melanie has previously held key HR roles at Providence Health & Services, FirstGroup America, Brown and Caldwell, and Renditon Networks. With expertise in organizational development, labor relations, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management, Melanie has successfully managed multiple HR functions across various sectors. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both earned between 2000 and 2005.
