Michael Thomson

Michael Thomson is an experienced professional currently serving as a Strategic Pursuit Lead at Pure Storage since August 2023. Previously, Michael worked at DXC Technology from April 2017 to August 2023, where roles included Project Manager for NHS Supply Chain Coordination Ltd and Business Analyst for Deutsche Bank. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, focusing on strategy and process improvement for clients in the public sector, including the Department of Work and Pensions. Michael’s career began with experience at RBS as a Collections Adviser and Financial Crime Associate. Michael earned a 2:1 MA (Hons) in Business & Management from the University of Glasgow, where studies took place from September 2008 to June 2012, following education at Balerno Community High School.
