Brandon Brown has a wealth of experience in IT support and administration. Brandon began their career as a Remote/Onsite Tech Support at WJMC/Eclipsys Corporation in 2000. Brandon then worked as a Systems Support Analyst I at Capital One (Formerly Hibernia National Bank) from 2001 to 2007. At Capital One, they advanced to the role of Senior Systems Support Analyst, where they managed a team of 8-10 analysts, served as a liaison between the Help Desk and other IT support areas, and designed team-building exercises.
