David Morrell is a seasoned professional in customer experience, digital transformation, and innovation, currently serving as Partner at PwC Brasil since March 2016. With a focus on customer experience, CRM, Salesforce, and marketing, David leads the Experience Center and digital innovation initiatives. Prior to PwC, David held senior managerial positions at Accenture, leading digital customer projects, and at GPA, overseeing IT functions in CRM and eCommerce. Education includes advanced studies in applied generative AI from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a degree in Business Administration from the Universidade de São Paulo, along with various certifications in marketing and computer science.
