Joel Tumukunde

Joel Tumukunde has been working as a Project and Site Administrator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group since December 2018. Before that, Tumukunde held the position of Manager at Nile Energy LTD from April 2013 to November 2018. Tumukunde obtained a Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Makerere Business Training Center in 2020.
