Igor Mendes has extensive experience in software development and team management, currently serving as Team Leader and Principal Programmer Analyst at QAT Global since September 2010. Responsibilities include overseeing system development in Java and C#, managing tasks, deliveries, and client priorities, as well as conducting staff evaluations and code reviews to ensure quality. Prior to this, Igor worked as a System Analyst at Cedro Technologies and Accurate Software, focusing on financial market software development, and contributed to E-Commerce projects. Igor began the career as a Computer Programmer at Codiub. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Science in System Information from Universidade de Uberaba.
