Jawaher al-Noaimi-Emba

Jawaher Al-Noaimi-EMBA is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Talent Management, currently serving as Senior Manager at QDB since March 2023. With a career spanning over a decade at Qatar Development Bank, Jawaher has held the position of Al Dhameen Program Manager since January 2012, while also managing a branch at Alyusr International Bank of Qatar since March 2010. Prior to these roles, Jawaher gained supervisory experience at Commercial Bank from April 2003 to January 2005. Jawaher holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris, an Executive Leadership degree from Qatar Leadership Center, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Qatar University.
