Ruslan Sarvarov has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Ruslan currently serves as the Head of Talent at QIC Digital Hub, where they develop talent strategies and oversees the recruitment of talented professionals. Prior to this, Ruslan worked as a Talent Acquisition Director at Evrone.com, where they were responsible for designing and developing digital products for enterprise clients. Ruslan also held a role as a Recruitment Lead and Talent Advisor at SR4HR, a blog focused on IT market trends and sourcing tips. Ruslan has experience in team management and full-cycle talent acquisition, having worked as a Recruitment Lead at STF | Engineering & Cybersecurity and TMS RUS. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Project Manager at Samolov Group, contributing to managerial competency assessment projects and training and development initiatives.
Ruslan Sarvarov is currently pursuing a degree in ICI | Coach from the International Association of Coaching Institutes. In 2022, they are expected to graduate from this program. In 2021 and 2022, they attended the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (MIP) to study "Psychology of Changes and Transformational Coaching." From 2015 to 2019, Ruslan studied at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University), where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in "Oil and Gas Business." Ruslan also earned additional certifications, including a Tech Sourcing Certification Course from AmazingHiring Global in 2020 and a course on "Personnel Management in the Innovative Economy" from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (MGU) in 2019.
