Charlotte Eivesteen's work experience began in 2004 as Vice Kontorschef at Avant Marketing. Charlotte then worked as a Marknadskoordinator for Raasta och Suzie Wong in 2008, where they developed a marketing strategy for the fashion companies. From 2006 to 2010, Charlotte worked as a Kundutvecklare at Bring Sverige, where they managed corporate clients in southern Sweden. Charlotte then became the Marknadsansvarig på köpcenter at Newsec in Sweden from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, Charlotte joined Badhytten as Marknadschef, where they created and promoted the destination. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Stratiteq Sweden AB, initially as Marketing & Communication Manager, implementing inbound marketing initiatives, and later as Head of Marketing and Communication, focusing on rebranding the company as a data-driven consultancy house. Their most recent position is Global Head of Brand at Qinshift, where they oversee the alignment of the brand with core values and market positioning.

Charlotte Eivesteen obtained an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation from thePower in 2022. Charlotte also completed a course in Negotiating from Harvard Business Publishing in the same year. In 2006, they earned a Filosofie Kandidatexamen i Företagsekonomi och Marknadsföring from Linnaeus University. In 2005, they studied at Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on subjects such as consumer behavior, commercial distribution, and personnel project management as part of their undergraduate degree. Charlotte Eivesteen also holds additional certifications, including an Acceleration av ledare course from Friends of Executive in 2022 and a Commercial Director Master Class from Mercuri International Group in 2020.
