Nathan Glotfelty

Nathan Glotfelty has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nathan is currently the Director of Corporate Development at QSC, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MillerKnoll as the Director of New Business Innovation from 2021 to 2022. At Herman Miller, Nathan held various roles including Director of New Business Incubation from 2019 to 2021, Senior Program Manager from 2017 to 2019, and Program Manager from 2015 to 2017. Before joining Herman Miller, they worked at FLSmidth, where they served as a Production & Continuous Improvement Manager from 2014 to 2015, Business Development and Integration Manager from 2011 to 2014, and Field Engineer from 2007 to 2011. Nathan's work experience includes strategy development, advising on new business opportunities, aligning business structures and investments, developing sound growth strategies, financial modeling, and managing complex projects.

Nathan Glotfelty has a diverse education history. Nathan obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, Nathan earned a certification as a Vibration Analyst: Category I from the Vibration Institute.

In 2011, Nathan attended Rockwell Automation and completed a program on Control Logix - Maintenance & Troubleshooting.

Nathan further pursued their education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Financial Management and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Benedictine University between 2014 and 2017. During this period, they also attended Harvard Law School for an Executive Education Program on Negotiation and Business.

Additionally, Nathan attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in 2019, specializing in Scaling Ventures.

Nathan Glotfelty has also acquired additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Operations Management from the Wharton School of Business through Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Columbia Business School through Emeritus.
