Giuliana Guardia Zuniga

Giuliana Guardia Zuniga is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Jefe de Desarrollo del Talento y Cultura at QSI Perú since November 2018. In this role, Giuliana leads the implementation of a new payroll ERP system and supervises payroll processes across multiple companies. Previous experience includes positions at Buenaventura Ingenieros S.A., where Giuliana was involved in recruitment, selection, and employee management, including as an HR Business Partner and Analyst de Gestión de Personas.
