Stas B. serves as the Chief Financial Officer at QT Imaging Holdings since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from various companies in senior managerial and director roles, focusing primarily in the life science, biotech, and medical devices industries. Prior to this position, Stas held numerous interim financial leadership roles and managed significant projects related to SEC reporting, IPO preparations, and SOX implementations between August 2017 and March 2024. Stas gained foundational auditing expertise at The Siegfried Group, EY, and Cherry Bekaert LLP, contributing to financial statement audits and internal control evaluations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University, complemented by a High School Diploma from Norfolk Collegiate School.
