Kristin (Dewey) Binkowski

Kristin Binkowski began their work experience in 2009 as an Intern/Analyst at Construction Resources Management, where they provided support for the Walbec Group of companies. In 2010, they joined The QTI Group as a Hogan Practice Leader & Leadership Development Consultant, utilizing Hogan Assessment Systems to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and increase productivity. Kristin also worked as an Executive Search Director at The QTI Group, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment for executive positions in various industries. In 2018, they co-founded FARMSTRONG Design, a company that creates custom, story-driven furniture.

Kristin (Dewey) Binkowski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Marquette University. Kristin attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems.
