Leah Cropper

Leah Cropper, MBA, PHR, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Quaint Oak Bank since November 2021. Prior to this role, Leah held various human resources positions, including Human Resources Manager at J. Rayl Transport, Inc., and Human Resources Business Partner at DRB Systems, LLC. Leah's experience also encompasses senior roles at First Commonwealth Bank and JLG Industries/Oshkosh Corporation, as well as earlier human resources positions at Office Depot and Fidelity Bank LA. Leah began professional career as a Media Planner/Buyer at Geometry Global.
