Vinicius Douglas Cerutti

Vinicius Douglas Cerutti has worked as a Software Engineer at Quansight since March 2021. Prior to that, they were an Intern in Development at Way2 Technology from February 2021 to October 2021. Vinicius also has experience as a Scholar in Scientific Initiation at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where they worked on research and development of algorithms related to molecular structures. Additionally, they were a Scholar in the PET Mathematics program at UFSC, where they participated in projects related to mathematics education.

Vinicius Douglas Cerutti completed their bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from the year 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications and participated in various academic activities. These include their participation in the 29º and 30º Seminário de Iniciação Científica e Tecnológica da UFSC (Initiation Seminar in Science and Technology) in February 2021, where they presented their research. Vinicius was also a participant and presenter at the 5ª edição da J3M - Jornada da Matemática, Matemática Aplicada e Educação Matemática (Journey of Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Mathematics Education) held at the Universidade Federal do Paraná in December 2019 and November 2019, respectively. Vinicius was also a collaborator in the PET-Matemática extension project at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in June 2019. Vinicius'sother certifications include being a Google Summer of Code 2020 Student with NumFOCUS and participation in the XVII Semana da pesquisa, ensino e extensão da UFSC (Week of Research, Teaching, and Extension) in October 2018, and the 16º SEPEX - Semana de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão (Teaching, Research, and Extension Week) in October 2017.
