Rodolfo Xavier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rodolfo began their career as a Senior Researcher at SIM - Serviço de Informações de Medicamentos da Amazônia, where they provided assistance and support services for inquiries about the proper use of medicines. Rodolfo then worked as a Business Executive (Hunter) at 7COMm and Care Plus, where they focused on acquiring new business. After that, they served as a Business Consultant - New Business Pharma at Vidalink do Brasil SA, where they implemented patient relationship programs and conducted market analysis. Rodolfo later worked as an Independent Consultant at Guidepoint. In 2014, they joined Farmoterápica as a Commercial and Relationship Supervisor, managing a sales team and providing sales support to the hospital market. Currently, Rodolfo is employed at Quantificare as an Area Business Manager, initially focusing on Brazil and later expanding to Central and South America. Their responsibilities include introducing 3D image concepts to the dermatological and plastic surgical markets, developing sales strategies, launching new products, and managing the sales team to achieve consistent goals.

Rodolfo Xavier's education history is as follows:

In 2003 to 2006, they attended Cesupa - Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree.

In 2007 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. During the same period, they also completed a Post Graduation in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz.

In 2008, they attended CCI Paris Ile de France (Ecole TECOMAH) and obtained a Chambre de Commerce et D'Industrie de Paris degree in International Marketing.

In 2014, they participated in the GRIDES (Grupo Interdepartamental de Economia em Saúde) program at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, where they focused on Strategic Management of Health Business.

In 2020, they enrolled in two courses at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. The first course was Introduction to Pricing and Behavior of Demand, and the second course was Service Marketing: Economy, Features, and Classification.

In the same year, they also completed a Self Paced Online Course in Fundamentals of Supervision and Management from The University of Georgia.

Finally, in 2021, they attended a course at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they studied Leadership, Learnability, and Resiliency.
