Kelsey Ferguson

Kelsey Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health promotion and implementation management. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager for Value Based Care at Quartet Health since May 2021, Kelsey has previously held the position of Account Manager. Prior to this role, Kelsey worked at Anthem from October 2016 to November 2019 as a Health Promotion Consultant and Provider Engagement Consultant, focusing on enhancing EPSDT screening rates and HEDIS measures in collaboration with contracted providers. Kelsey began a career at Baptist Health Lexington, where from November 2009 to May 2016, responsibilities included planning and coordinating corporate wellness programs while ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as HIPAA and PPACA. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Morehead State University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Campbellsville University.
