Terica Toliver

Terica Toliver, LICSW-BACS, C-ASWCM, is a distinguished mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical therapy and behavioral health operations. As Senior Director of Clinical Therapy Performance at Quartet Health since January 2023, Terica co-leads a team ensuring high clinical standards across the nationwide clinical team. Terica's previous roles include Director of Clinical Performance at innovaTel Telepsychiatry, where Terica significantly increased the clinical team and developed key operational policies. Terica's background also includes work as a Clinical Therapist in a private practice, oversight of behavioral utilization review at BCBSLA, and serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California. Terica's expertise extends to forensic interviewing and public policy development within the National Association of Social Workers Louisiana.
