Tracy's career began in medical laboratory technology, holding positions at various healthcare facilities such as Mayo Clinic Health System, Winona Health Urgent Care, and Moundview Memorial Hospital, among others, from 2005 to 2018. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Viterbo University and an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Technician from Western Technical College.
